| Make this cute cake stand for an awesome table decoration at your next baby shower. To make start off by covering the cake plate with a White Lunch Napkin. Next pleat fold a piece of Baby Blue Streamer and secure around the edge of the cake stand, and top with a piece of Blue Sky Streamer the size of a ribbon. Make fan decorations by fan folding a 12 inch piece of White Streamer, securing in the center with a piece of fishing line, and taping the edges together with a piece of double sided tape. Top the fan decorations with a button made of Celery Green Lunch Napkins. To make the buttons cut circles out of Celery Green Lunch Napkins and poke four holes in the center of the circles. After assembling the fan decorations secure them to the sides of the cake stand and you're done. |
