These chair decorations will be a big hit at your Circus Party. All you need are some chairs, Purple Crepe Paper Streamer, tape, Circus Party Clown Masks, and possibly big red bows. The first thing you need to do is wrap purple streamer around the back of the chair and secure with tape. Next take one of the clown masks and either tape to the chair or secure using the rubber band on the back of the mask. Either way the children will be able to remove and wear the masks when they sit down at the party. As a finishing touch, tie a big red bow just below the clown masks.
