Your company made my baby's first birthday awesome! I will be using this site again and again. I've recommended it to several people already. The products are fabulous. The shipping is incredibly fast. The prices are very reasonable. I was also very impressed with the customer service. I had ordered some thank you cards and a representative called to tell me they were not sure they would get there in time for my party (it didn't matter). I was blown away by the company taking the time to call and let me know that they were worried my product might not arrive on time. You have made a fan and repeat shopper out of me.

I had been looking online for all of the party packages, and realized omg this is way over my budget. But then I stumbled upon this site and they had unbeatable prices and it was sent and recieved in less time then what they had said that it would be. I would def. give this site another shot. But watch out those ups guys hide them well.

I just received my shipment from Birthday Direct. Placed the order on my lunch break Tuesday and it was here when i got home! (Thursday) Prices were cheaper than other sites I checked and I still got free shipping! Would definitely use them again for our next party.
