I have used Birthday Direct in the past and have never been disappointed. This was confirmed ten fold when I thought I would be able to find Wall-e items in the local stores because I had put off getting decorations for my son's party and he had his heart set on Wall-e. Three days before the party I was scrambling to find decor and they were able to get everything I needed in time including the cake topper. The party was perfect!

This year my grandson was wanting the Indiana Jones theme and it was a little difficult finding in our small local stores. I tried other websites and either they were more expensive, or, didn't have the variety you do. He will be so excited that we have everything we need. I have 3 daughters and there birthdays are all within a month and a half of each other. The first one wanted Wizards of Weaverly place (Which I could not find anywhere), then Ariel(I could find but not as cheep as birthday direct), and my oldest wants Twilight( again I could not find anywhere). We are planning a "pirate" party for my 3 year old grandson and ordered the inflatable swords . They are wonderful!! Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received! The staff called me the morning I placed my order to verify my party date and I recieved my merchandise Friday, just having placed my order on Wednesday. I want to share my happiness with Birthday Direct customers and those who are still deciding - My 4 year old daughter at the last minute, decided she wanted a Barbie themed party. She specifically wanted the Barbie Retro Style. Since I was short in time, I chose to go to the stores. Well, lo and behold - no one had anything on Barbie period - not even Wal-Mart or Target. I went into the online party supplies websites, and Birthday Direct was the ONLY ONE who had it, and was willing to deliver quickly. Most places said it took 2 -3 days just to ship it out, and another few days to receive it. Birthday Direct, came through in a big way, and I definetely recommend them!
