I started to order supplies from a different site, but there were several items that I knew I could get at a better price at a store. So I was going to order some from the site and still have to go out shopping. At Birthday Direct I can get it all for great prices, and I don't have to make an additional, inconvenient trip to the store. Saves me time AND money -- gotta love that!!

I love this website. I had to order items for my son's first birthday twice because I realized that I had more guest coming that I had invited. The second time was a last minute order. And I still recieved the items with plenty of time to spare! My son loved his party.

I ordered my children's birthday supplies a week before the party. I was excited because they had everything and more than I could have imagined. To buy everthing in one place, not even have to walk out my door...is a huge help for a single mother of two!! I did get a little nervous when there was a problem with my credit card not verifying my shipping address...but one call to birthday direct and they fixed the problem on a friday and my shipment was here on monday!! I'm super impressed...and not only will I use birthday direct again..I'm going to tell everyone to shop birthday direct!! PS. the contents in my shipment were better than I could have imagined!! This mom gives birthday direct two thumbs up!!

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your company. I have been using your supplies for all of my parties the past few years. Just received my order today and am so pleased with it. We are doing the Surfs Up theme for our baby boy's first birthday and the plates and everything I ordered are so cute. The order came within 2 days at regular shipping. I even ordered solid colored cutlery from here because the price was so much cheaper. Will order again from this site.

WOW..... WOW I was very impressed by the serivce and speed of delivery! I was planning a last minute birthday party for my step daughters second birthday, I ordered on Friday and got the shipment on MONDAY!! I was so impressed that we have already started to plan the other birthday partys using this website. The prices were very competitive with the local store Party City however without any stress! Ohh and not to mention the quality I ordered almost the whole Little Mermaid collection and everything was so brightly colored when the family seen what I had gotten they were amazed!!
