Important Shipping Info to Remember

• We utilize UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers.
• Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Delivery times are not guaranteed. However, orders that qualify for Fast & FREE Delivery usually arrive before 7 p.m. local time Monday through Friday. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. Because we understand that fast delivery of your party products is very important to you and your child, we sometimes will ship your order as is, and refund you for the cost of the out of stock items.
• Our delivery partners reserve the right to require signatures for the delivery of certain packages. The UPS Customer Service Center is available to assist customers in arranging for delivery of packages that require a signature. Once a signature required is deemed necessary and placed on a package, we are unable to change or remove the signature requirement.
• When calculating shipping times do not count the processing day, weekends, or holidays. Shipping times start the day after the processing day.
• To prevent a delay in your order please ensure that the "ship to:" address on your order is listed with your credit card company as an alternate or one time shipping address for verification.

What is the Shipping Cost and Delivery Time for the continental United States?

3 Day Direct Delivery Shipping Cost and Delivery Times within the Continental United States*

UPS is our shipping carrier for the continental United States and delivery time is usually in 3 business days or less of leaving our warehouse.

Orders placed before 3pm central time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day.

2 Day Express Shipping Cost and Delivery Time within the Continental United States*

UPS is our shipping carrier for 2 Day Express Shipping within the continental United States. This option includes Priority Processing and Express Delivery within 2 business days of leaving our warehouse.

Orders placed before 3pm central time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day.

2 Day Express Shipping is available anywhere in the continental United States.

The shipping charge for 2 Day Express Shipping within the continental United States is:

OVERSIZE ITEMS NOTICE: Oversize items cannot be shipped 2 Day Express.

SHIPPING TIME NOTICE: When calculating shipping times do not count the processing day, weekends, or holidays. Shipping times start the day after the processing day.

* SHIPPING METHOD NOTICE: Orders shipped outside the continental United States to locations such as Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a military address (AFO/FPO) do not qualify for free 3 Day Direct Delivery or 2 Day Express Shipping. Customers who select an invalid shipping method will experience delays in order processing and delivery. If your order is shipped outside the continental United States and you select 3 Day Direct Delivery or 2 Day Express Shipping, you order will be adjusted and charged for the appropriate shipping method before the order is processed.

What is the Shipping Cost and Delivery Time for APO and FPO addresses?

USPS Priority Mail is our shipping carrier for APO and FPO addresses. These addresses are not considered international.

We cannot guarantee shipping time to these addresses as it depends on the Military to deliver promptly. Please order early and allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military.

What is the Shipping Cost and Delivery Time for Canada?

USPS is our shipping carrier for Canada.

The estimated shipping time to Canada is 10 business days. Please note, orders shipping to Canada will need to go through customs. We are unable to estimate customs time. We recommend that your customers contact their local customs office for average customs times and any possible delays. There are no guaranteed delivery dates for Canadian orders. Shipping and delivery times are at the discretion of USPS and the customs office.

Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination location. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary depending on location. Customs and import duties are not included in our shipping charges.

Due to a high dimensional weight, we are unable to ship oversize items to Canada. Examples of oversize items include pinatas and table cover rolls.

What is Same Day Order Processing?

Same Day Order Processing means that most domestic orders placed before 3pm central time (CT) Monday through Friday usually leave our warehouse the same business day. This only applies to orders placed within the continental United States.

Not applicable for orders placed after 3pm central time Monday through Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you place an order on one of these days, it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

Can I Use a Freight Forwarder?

As of April 11, 2008, we are no longer able to ship to any freight forwarder, individual, or company that would have the intent of shipping or taking our merchandise outside of the United States of America. Our products are only licensed to be used and sold within the United States of America. We are not an export company. Per cancellation policy, should we become suspicious that your order may be shipping to a freight forwarder, individual, or company that would have the intent to ship or take our merchandise outside of the United States of America, the order will be cancelled and a cancellation notice sent via email.
