DECORATING DIRECTIONS:
  1. Airbrush top of cake Grey(Black #9501).
  2. Using tip #48, pipe Neon Green #12515 band around base of cake.
  3. Using tip #48, pipe White road edges.
  4. Using tip #48, pipe Red Red #9139 lines on road edges.
  5. Using tip #48, Golden Yellow #9535 track border.
  6. Using tip #48, Sunset Orange #12517 cone bases.
  7. Using tip #352, pipe mixed Leaf Green #9516 and Neon Green #12515 grass.
