1. Place icing between the cake layers. Trim top layer to taper and form a bell shaped bottom.
2. Ice cake Periwinkle #11179.
3. Using a small angled spatula, start at the base of the dress and smooth upward as shown.
4. Using tip #104, pipe White band and ruffle around base of cake.
5. Using tip #104, pipe Periwinkle #11179 ruffle above white ruffle.
6. Attach figurine to tube and insert into cake.
7. Using tip #104, pipe light Periwinkle #11179 ruffles around waist.
