3 Day Direct Delivery
3 Day Direct Delivery applies to orders shipped within the continental US.
There is no extra charge for this service. Regular shipping rates apply. Orders up to $34.99 = $5.99
Orders up to $54.99 = $4.99
Orders over $55.00 = FREE
Orders shipped outside the continental US to locations such as: Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, a military address (APO/FPO), or
a U.S. Protectorate, such as Puerto Rico, do not qualify for free or 3 Day Direct Delivery. Customers who select an invalid shipping method will experience delays in order processing and delivery.
FREE Delivery over $55
Orders that contain over $55 merchandise receive FREE 3 Day Direct Delivery within the continental US.
Orders shipped outside the continental US to locations such as: Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, a military address (APO/FPO), or
a U.S. Protectorate, such as Puerto Rico, do not qualify for free or 3 Day Direct Delivery. Customers who select an invalid shipping method will experience delays in order processing and delivery.
Fast & FREE Delivery
FAST = Delivery in 3 business days or less.
FREE = When you spend $55 or
more.
Fast & FREE Delivery is the combination of our "3 Day Direct Delivery" and our "FREE Delivery over $55" offer.
We've made FREE Delivery better by getting it to you FAST. Orders will be
delivered within 3 business days or less of leaving our warehouse, and when you spend
$55 or more shipping is FREE.
Orders placed before 3pm central time usually ship the same day. Orders
placed on weekends or holidays usually ship the next business day.
What do you have to do to get Fast & FREE Delivery?

Free Delivery applies to shipping and handling expenses on
purchases of $55 or more of qualifying items shipped within the U.S. Charges
relating to shipping, handling, and taxes will not be included to meet the $55
minimum. The Free Delivery offer will not apply to any order where cancellations
or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $55;
BirthdayDirect.com reserves the right to charge applicable shipping and handling
costs to any such orders.
Same Day Order Processing
Same Day Order Processing means that most domestic orders placed before 3pm central time (CT) Monday through Friday will usually leave our warehouse the same business day. This applies to orders placed within the continental US.
Not applicable for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you place an order on one of these days, it will leave our warehouse the next business day.
Important: To prevent a delay in your order please ensure that the "ship to:" address on your order is listed with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.
Minimum Order Amount
Orders must contain at least $15 of merchandise in order to checkout. We utilize this minimum order amount as a method to keep our prices and shipping costs low.

We utilize UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers.
Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the
Post Office and UPS, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. However, orders that qualify for
Fast & FREE Delivery usually arrive before 7 p.m. local time. Sometimes the
availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your
order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and
the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.
Our delivery partners reserve the right to require signatures for the
delivery of certain packages. The UPS Customer Service Center is available to
assist customers in arranging for delivery of packages that require a signature.
