Fire Truck Cake Decorating Instructions Supplies needed: Fire Truck Cake Pan 2 boxes of cake mix 4 1/2 cups of butter cream icing Spatula Icing Tips needed: #3, #16, #21, Icing Colors needed: Lemon Yellow, No taste Red, Black DECORATING DIRECTIONS Tint 1 1/2 cups yellow, 1 cup red, 1/2 cup black, and 1/4 cup gray, the rest of the icing leave white. Use spatula and white icing to decorate sides background areas and windows smooth. Use tip 3 and yellow icing to outline truck, windows, doors, bumpers and headlights. Use tip 16 and red icing to makes stars to cover fire engine. Use tip 3 to write or print message on cake. Use tip 21 and black icing for tires. Use tip 3 and gray icing to pipe in ladder and hubcaps. Use tip 21 and make stars to decorate bottom border. The Perfect Mix Cake Decorating Instructions Supplies needed: Fire Truck Cake Pan 2 boxes of cake mix 5 cups of butter cream icing Large heart shaped cookie cutter 1 pkg. of cookie dough 4-4 inch Lollipop Sticks Cornstarch Icing Tips needed: #3, #6, #12, #16, #21 Icing Colors needed: Royal blue, Black, White DECORATING DIRECTIONS In advance, make cookie cement mixer. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick and cut 2 hearts using a cookie cutter. Before removing cut dough, cut a straight line across top of each cookie, pat dough to fill in up to straight line. Pipe tip 12 spiral tires, smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Pipe tip 6 dot treads on wheels. Pipe tip 3 string steering wheel. Pipe tip 21 shell bottom border. Insert lollipop sticks in top of cake to support overhanging cookie pieces; position cookies and print name with tip 3. Moving the Earth Cake Decorating Instructions Supplies needed: Fire Truck cake Pan 5 cups of butter cream icing 2 boxes of cake mix 4 - 6 inch lollipop sticks Granulated brown sugar Black Licorice bites Cornstarch Icing Tips needed: #3, #8, #12, # 16 Icing Colors needed: Lemon Yellow, Orange, Black, White DECORATING DIRECTIONS For scoop of truck, cut L-shape from cake board. Arm portion is 4 1/2 x 1 inch and scoop portion is 3 x 1/2 inches. Wrap with Fanci-Foil and set aside. Bake and cool cake. Trim light off truck roof. Ice sides and background areas smooth. Outline truck with tip 3. Outline tread area with tip 12; pipe tip 8 dot treads 1 inch apart. Outline and pipe in cylinders on treads and inside tread area with tip 3 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.) Attach lollipop stick to back of scoop with icing; insert into truck. Cover truck and scoop with tip 16 stars. Position lollipop stick in cake to support scoop. Attach scoop to stick with icing. Pipe tip 3 dot on hinges of scoop. Position black licorice bite on back of truck. Pipe tip 12 wavy design on bottom border; immediately sprinkle granulated brown sugar around edges. *Please note that the supplies, icing tips and icing colors are not included with the cake pan.*
