Jungle Animals 4 piece Cake Decorating Kit includes: One giraffe, one elephant, one lion and one zebra. Tools: Jungle Animals Cake Kit Instructions Supplies needed: Jungle Animals Cake Kit Two 8 inch round cakes Mini Ball Pan Fanci-Foil Wrap Aluminum foil Craft foam Brown Sugar Pretzel Rods Royal Icing (for palm trees) Butter cream icing (for remaining icing decorating) Vegetable Pan Spray Icing tips needed: #12, #16 and # 366 Icing colors needed: Dark Green and Light Green Icing Gel colors needed: Blue PALM TREE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTIONS: Several days before decorating cake make palm trees. Cover backs of each mini ball cavity with an aluminum foil square; spray with vegetable pan spray. Using tip 366 and royal icing, pipe 6 leaves starting at the top center of the mini ball and pulling icing out to sides of the mini ball forming the top of the palm tree. Let dry overnight. Carefully remove foil from tree top; turn over tree top and pip tip 12 royal icing mound in center. Trim 1/2 inch from end of pretzel rod;insert into icing. Let dry completely. DECORATING DIRECTIONS: 1. Stack cakes one on top of the other. 2. Ice cake with Light Green. 3. Create "water" on top of cake with Blue piping gel. 4. Using tip #16, pipe grass tufts. 5. Insert the palm trees you made. 6. Sprinkle brown sugar "sand" around tufts of grass. 7. Using tip #16, Border the bottom of cake with grass tufts. 8. Place cake kit items on top of cake. Please note that this cake decorating set does not include the cake, icing, icing colors or icing tips.
