Add lots of extra style and flair to your Little Mermaid Treat Boxes with basic curling ribbon and crepe paper streamer. First tie some coordinating color curling ribbon to your treat purses, and curl the ends with a pair of scissors. Then attach two different coordinating color pom poms as a final touch. To make the pom poms cut off about a yard of crepe paper streamer, and fold in half till you have about a 4 inch piece. Now cut tiny strips on each side of the streamer, being careful to leave the middle untouched. Then roll the streamer up, tie in the center with curling ribbon, and fluff out.
