Ice top third of cake red. Ice middle third blue. Ice bottom third green. Using tip #3, pipe outlines to water symbol with Light Blue. Fill in and smooth. Using tip # 3, pipe outline to fire symbol with Orange. Fill in and smooth. Using tip #6, pipe accents on fire symbol with Yellow and leaf symbol with Green.
