The only supplies you'll need are White Lunch Napkins, Queen of the Jungle Lunch Napkins, It's a Girl Envelope Seals, a decorative pail, and candy confetti or some other type of candy. To get started turn the white napkin at a diagonal angle and fold in half towards you so the point is at the bottom. Next fold the two side points towards the center until the points touch, and fold the bottom point up until it touches the other points.
