The first thing you need to do is turn your Tea Party Lunch Plate upside down and put double sided tape around the back edge of the plate. Next take the streamer and stick to the tape, being sure to fold the streamer in random places to create a pleated look. After the streamer is taped down, run a piece of regular tape over the streamer to secure it to the plate. Now you're ready to flip the frilly plate over and top with a meal fit for a princess. |
