To add text and a photo:

Photo Notes:

• A high quality image that is at least 2 MB (1200 x 1200 pixels) will create the sharpest photo. Whenever possible, use the original digital file rather than downloading a photo from social media or another source.
• When choosing your photo, please be aware of the shape and size of the area where your photo will appear.
• If you are experiencing problems uploading your image, please contact us.

Balloon does not ship inflated. When you receive your balloon, it will be attached to a paper backing. Carefully peel the edges of the balloon away from the paper before inflating.
