Are your products physical or digital?

All of our products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to your home. You'll receive instant access to your files after checkout.

How do I access my files?

After completing your purchase, you’ll see a download link on the confirmation screen and receive an email with access to your files. Canva templates open directly through the provided link.

Do I need a Canva account?

Yes. Canva is free to use, and you’ll need an account to edit your templates. No paid Canva subscription is required — all of our designs work with free accounts.

Can I edit the text?

Yes! Most templates allow you to customize text, and colors,  directly in Canva. Some image-based designs are not editable and will be noted in the product description.

How do I print my party bundle?

You can print at home using 8.5" x 11" cardstock or send your files to a local print shop or online printing service. Each product listing includes recommended sizes and formats.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re always here to help if something’s not right. Contact us and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

No. Our templates are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used commercially.
